In this document, “Heliski” or “Heliskiing” includes heli snowboarding, heli telemark skiing, heli “noboarding”, and heli access ski and snowboard touring.

1. Provider

Eagle Pass Heliskiing Ltd. (EPH, “we” and “us”) is the provider of all Heliskiing, packages, and services described in our marketing materials and in your booking confirmation.

2. Programs

EPH offers three Heliskiing programs:

Only lunch on your ski day is included. You are responsible for all other meals and accommodation while in Revelstoke. We will make best efforts to provide at least 6 runs per day.  If we do not, refunds will be issued in accordance with the policies below.  This package may only be booked in complete groups of 4 for all peak season dates.  Our additional 3 run package may be purchased when conditions and logistics allow, but only to complete groups of 4 guests.

B.  Lodge Based Program - Our lodge Based Program includes private accommodations at our lodge, all meals, and unlimited Heliskiing. We will make best efforts to provide a full day of Heliskiing on each day set out in your booking confirmation.  Weather, conditions, and available daylight all play a major role in defining a full day of Heliskiing on any given day.  Operating hours are defined at the sole discretion of EPH.  We guarantee an average of at least 3,000 vertical meters of skiing per day booked over the duration of your trip.  If you do not achieve that average, refunds will be issued in accordance with the policies below.  This package may only be booked in complete groups of 4 for all peak season dates.

C.  Unlimited Private Program – Our Unlimited Program includes the private charter of a helicopter, unlimited Heliskiing, and lunch in the mountains.   You are responsible for all other meals and accommodation while in Revelstoke.  If you make an Unlimited Private heliskiing reservation, you are chartering a single private helicopter for the days set out in your booking confirmation to be used for standard Heliski operations with your group(s).  We will provide guides in the following rations:
