Brendan Phelps, Executive Chef

Born and raised in Revelstoke, Brendan brings a passion for local flavours to every dish. Known for his innovative approach and dedication to fresh, foraged ingredients, he creates memorable dining experiences. His commitment to sustainability and culinary excellence makes him a standout in the Revelstoke food scene.

When he’s not in the kitchen Brendan can be found enjoying his other passion of fly fishing in Revelstoke’s beautiful backcountry.
