Not only do we historically average a 2-meter (6.5 foot) base at treeline by late-November, but fewer guests are Heliskiing with us each day, which means fewer tracks in our tenure all December long.

Contact UsThe incredible riding in December is a bit of a locals secret for a few reasons:
COLD SNOW: December has the shortest days of the year. This may seem like a negative, but it also means that the sun has very little ability to affect our runs. Due to this, all aspects (North, South, East, and West facing slopes) of the mountain are holding light, dry powder for your skiing pleasure.
COLD TEMPERATURES: The short days go hand-in-hand with cold temperatures. This again helps preserve the light, dry snow for days after the last storm cycle.
HIGH-QUALITY POWDER: The combination of short days and cold temperatures create the light and dry "Cold Smoke" that powder fanatics search for year-round. This is the snow that you only need to experience once to be hooked for life.
Whether you're looking at joining us with a group or as a solo guest, we have seats available all month long.
With our Day Heli packages, you’re responsible for breakfast and supper, accommodation, transportation to and from our meeting point each morning, along with trip-cancellation insurance.
We don't have any intermediate terrain and require all guests ski/board at an advanced level & have previous deep powder experience. Please refer to our Guest Ability page for more details.
Once you have booked your trip, you will be required to complete an electronic waiver, registration form and submit payment to confirm your reservation.
You will be presented with these materials through our guest portal. In addition to the online waiver, we will ask for a secondary paper waiver to be signed the morning of your first heli day.
