Depending on the trip you have booked with us, there is different insurance coverage included in your package to help protect you for any unforeseen events.  All coverage included in any package does have limitations.

 

Trip Cancellation Insurance

Not included in any packages - Strongly-Recommended

We understand that occasionally events occur that prevent our guests from making their trips. To avoid any financial hardship that an unexpected cancellation could cause, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect your trip investment.  

Trip Cancellation insurance is not included in any Heliski packages.

Please pay special attention to our Cancellation and Refund Terms and strongly consider Trip Cancellation Insurance to avoid letting an early-season injury or illness before your trip's departure put a wrench in your plans.

Limited Trip Interruption Insurance 

Included in Day and Lodge packages only

Limited Trip Interruption Insurance will protect against an unexpected disruption in travel while enroute to Revelstoke and potentially any additional days while heliskiing with us.

Coverage could take effect in scenarios such as a missed connection or schedule change due to weather or mechanical failure, a road closure that results in additional out-of-pocket expenses, a travel change fee, or delayed return cost. All claims require that you are seen by a physician or provide relevant documentation.  The approval of each claim is determined by our insurance partner.

This insurance is only included in our Day and Lodge packages.  Trip Interruption Insurance is not included in our Private packages.

If you have a Private package booked with us and wish to protect your ski package against interruption, please contact our preferred provider, Lifestyle Travel Insurance Services .

 

Emergency Medical Coverage 

Included in all Packages (Day, Lodge and Private) 

Eagle Pass Heli provides Limited Emergency Medical Coverage, including Ambulance/Evacuation insurance, as part of your package purchase. This insurance would cover any evacuation fees charged by Eagle Pass Heli.  All claims do require that you be seen by a physician.  The approval of each claim is determined by our insurance partner.
